When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale to Union Members from 6pm on Thursday, 24th November.

Tickets go on sale to the rest of the University at 1 pm on Friday 25th November.

How much are the tickets?

Union members- £109.99 (dining) and £64.99 (non-dining)

University Members' and all guests' (including those of Union Members)- £124.99 (dining) and £79.99 (non-dining)

Can I change names on my tickets?

Name change must be made in person at the Union Office. The office is open from 9:30am to 4:00pm on weekdays.

You may change names on tickets until 9pm on Friday 2th of December for FREE.

Name changes will cost £10 per name change from then until 1st of February, after which they will cost £15. After Friday 24th February name changes cannot be made. If you require a name change on the day of the ball, under exceptional circumstances, you may get one for £40.

How do I get my ticket?

You do not need to pick up a ticket. All members tickets will be put on their (new format) Union card. If you do not have a new format Union Card, you can pick one up from the Union's Office for a small fee of £2 . Non-members will be emailed a ticket confirmation, which they must bring to the ball as it will contain a barcode for the ticketing managers to scan at the door.
